This can not say okay or not. As a fiber laser marking machine always need a focus distance. If a fiber laser marking machine with a 320*320mm marking area that means we need to use a F470 lens on the fiber laser marking machine. A F470 focus lens the focus distance is about 550mm. So this means when the laser come out from the fiber laser marking machine, it is far away from the marking object. This means the fiber laser marking machine will low power to engrave or mark on the objects which you want to use the fiber laser marking machine to engrave on it. So this seems like we choose a big truck but we only use a small engine. This is not a good solution for a fiber laser marking machine. However if we want use bigger area fiber laser marking machine， what we need to do it to change a fiber laser source accordingly to fit the bigger marking area. This customer said that his part height is about 400mm, that means if a fiber laser marking machine use F470 lens focus distance plus part height need about 1000mm stand to make sure the fiber laser marking machine have enough travel distance. What’s more, this customer also need a enclosure for this machine. Then we need to make a very big cover for this machine. This became a big fiber laser marking machine. A 30w fiber laser marking machine is good with a focus lens 175*175mm
